Restaurant Performance Index: Down .8% from December, 2011
Restaurant Industry Employment: Up 33,000 Positions in January, 2012
Wholesale Food Prices: Up 5.8% in January, 2012
Menu Price Inflation: Up 3.1% in January, 2012
